- Kick-off at 7:00pm & 8:00pm
- Two 25-minute halves
- 7v7 (6 field players and 1 keeper) on 65 x 40 yard fields
- 2 ladies must be on the field for Coed games
- Games will be at Frances Park
- Large, REAL goals
- One GLOS crew member will oversee every game
- Certified referees at all Premier & Men’s Open games
