Outdoor
Rosters: Max 14 players (7v7); coed teams need two ladies on the field.
Uniforms: Matching shirts recommended.
Cancellations: No refunds for canceled games.
Forfeits: Teams need at least five rostered players.
Gameplay: No offside, no slide-tackling, and all free kicks are direct.
Discipline: Multiple yellow/red cards lead to suspensions or bans.
Conduct: Captains ensure sportsmanship.
Indoor
